Graduated Commuter Licensing System:
Nova Scotia has a Graduated Driver Licensing organisation with three levels:
(ane) Learner's Licence, sometimes called Beginner's (encounter Learner's Licence);
(two) Newly Licensed Driver's Licence (see Newly Licensed Commuter's Licence);
(three) The Restricted Individual stage.

K) PENALTIES FOR Dumb DRIVING:
